Join us this weekend for a festive lineup of free knitting workshops and a holiday pop-up shop. We are also celebrating our artisans who will be unveiling a collective art therapy installation.
Light refreshments will be provided. Knitting workshops are free and open to the public. You can bring your own knitting materials or purchase on of our Knit-Kits. Come in Saturday to learn to knit a cowl or headband, or bring the family on Sunday for a kid-friendly finger knitting workshop! You can also support CEW by grabbing some great holiday gifts at our pop-up shop!

Yarn Yarn is the coming together of fibers and stories to create the fabric of a community.
This 5 week program is an opportunity to learn to knit or crochet and to join a crafting community. Sophie Canadé, ATR LPC provides knitting materials and instruction in an expressive arts environment. Knitting lessons with projects that are staggered for gradual learning are available. If you are working on a project that you need some help with or just some encouragement to complete, bring it along.
Sessions meet on Saturdays, 1-3 PM, from Sept 17th through October 15th at Hamdard HealthCare Clinic. 1542 W. Devon Ave, Chicago IL
Cost is $50, all materials provided.
